Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, paired with the freshness of the finely chopped cabbage and served sandwiched (literally) between the fluffy lighted toasted Sake-kasu loaf freshly baked by Rise Bakery Bar; made by blending sake lees from from Dojima brewery.
